Why in-house

Six reasons teams stop buying individual seats

Beyond the cost, the real gain is that everyone leaves with the same understanding of the same system — yours.

Cheaper from six delegates

In-house is priced per cohort, not per seat. Around the sixth delegate it becomes materially cheaper than booking individual places, and the gap widens from there.

Your documents are the case study

We rebuild the exercises around your actual scope statement, risk register, control set and audit programme — so by the last day the team has done real work, not a generic simulation.

Scheduled around delivery

Five consecutive days, two blocks of two and a half, or one day a week for five weeks. Whatever keeps the business running while the team trains.

On site or remote

At your office, at a venue we arrange, or fully remote in your timezone. Distributed teams get the same cohort experience with recordings after each day.

Mixed levels in one cohort

Where it makes sense we run a blended programme — Foundation for the wider team, Lead Implementer for the people who will own the system.

One invoice, one contact

A single purchase order covers the training, the exams, the retakes and the first-year certification fees for everyone. One point of contact throughout.

Process

From scoping call to certified cohort

Typically four to six weeks end to end, faster if a deadline demands it.

  1. 01

    Scoping call

Thirty minutes on what the team already knows, what the business needs to evidence, and what deadline you are working to.

  2. 02

    Proposal and dates

A written proposal with the cohort price, trainer, format and a draft schedule. Usually back with you inside two working days.

  3. 03

    Tailoring

You share your scope, risk register and any audit findings under NDA. We rewrite the case studies around them.

  4. 04

    Delivery and exams

The cohort runs, everyone sits the exam, and we manage the PECB certification applications for the whole group.

In-house questions

The things procurement always asks before signing off a cohort.

Six is the point where it usually becomes cheaper than individual seats, and fourteen is our upper limit so the case-study work stays hands-on. We will run smaller cohorts where there is a reason to — a leadership group, or a team on a tight deadline — we will just be straight with you about whether individual seats would cost less.

Identical. It is the same accredited PECB curriculum, the same examination and the same credential. The only difference is that the room is entirely your team and the examples are your own.

Whatever you already have: a scope statement, a risk register, an existing set of controls, prior audit findings, or the questionnaire you failed. All of it is handled under NDA and destroyed after delivery if you ask us to.

Yes. Remote cohorts are scheduled around a shared overlap window, each day is recorded, and the exercises are structured so people in the tail timezones are never the ones doing the work at midnight.

Everyone gets the same free retake that is included in an individual seat, and we run a group review session before the resits. Certification rates on in-house cohorts run higher than public courses, largely because the material is familiar.
