Why this exists
Most people arrive at ISO certification because something forced them there — a security questionnaire they failed, a tender clause, a regulator, an enterprise client who will not sign without it. Very few arrive knowing which standard applies or which level they need.
That is a bad position from which to buy training, and the market takes advantage of it. The five-day courses are the profitable ones, so that is what most resellers quote — with the exam fee, the retake and the certification application added quietly afterwards.
We started Team Favour to sell the same accredited courses differently: one conversation before you buy, one price with everything in it, and an honest answer when a cheaper course — or no course — would serve you better.
If the requirement in front of you is a client questionnaire, you may not need a five-day course at all. We would rather tell you that and keep the relationship than sell you the wrong thing once.

Your certificate is issued by PECB, whose personnel certification schemes are accredited to ISO/IEC 17024. That accreditation, not us, is what makes the credential portable.

Recommend the smaller course when it fits
The five-day Lead courses are the profitable ones. We still send people to the two-day Foundation when that is genuinely what the requirement calls for, and we will tell you when you need no course at all.
Quote the whole number
Exam, retake and first-year certification are in every price on this site. An invoice should never contain a line you did not expect when you were comparing options.
Teach from real implementations
Every trainer holds the credential they teach and has been on both sides of a certification audit. The examples come from work that actually happened, including the parts that went badly.
Stay reachable after the exam
Certification runs on a three-year cycle and the audit usually lands long after the training. We track renewal dates and answer the phone when the auditor is in the building.
